Neon Lime & Acid Splash Reversible Infinity Festival Hood Children's WARNING: 10" is VERY SHORTThis soft, stretchy hood is made of lycra spandex, with Lime holographic on one side and Acid splash on the other. It pulls on over the head, with a deep cowl at the neck. It will keep your head and neck warm on cold desert nights. It can be reversed, as shown. This is a new style hood, different from our huge cowls. It fits the head more closely, so you can dance your but off and it stays put. The cowl is also more slender, so it keeps a closer
